Problem Note 37775: When resolving a SKU, an "Error on Page" message displays

When there are special characters such as * or " in the model name, SAS® Merchandise Planning might display an Error on Page message during the SKU resolution process. As a result, you cannot resolve the SKU/model combination.
To circumvent this issue, remove the special characters from the model name.
